What are your shipping charges and methods?
The shipping and handling depends on the destination and the value of your order. You can use our handy shipping estimator tool in your shopping cart to get a shipping estimate based on your ship-to address and cart contents. Please add 1-3 days to the shipping method below for processing and packing your order.
Klultz ships packages using USPS and UPS. The following services are available:
First Class USPS shipping- US, Canada and International
Priority USPS shipping - US, Canada and International. For orders under 10 lbs only.
UPS Ground – continental U.S., physical address only.
UPS Second Day Air- U.S. and U.S. territories, physical address only
UPS Standard To Canada – Canada, physical address only
UPS Worldwide Express – Canada and International, physical address only
First Class & Priority Mail Shipping times vary based on location. Please use our shipping quote calculator located in your shopping cart, to see your estimated delivery time.
Express shipping (Continental U.S. only) is 2-4 business days. This includes the processing time.

All foreign duties, brokerage, customs, taxes, etc. that are charged upon delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Will I receive tracking information?
A "tracking number" will always be emaild if an email address is supplied. This is sent after the package has been shipped. However, depending on the shipping method, your tracking number might only provide very limited information.
First Class: Very limited to no tracking. USPS does not always scan first class packages while shipping them, so it is very common to not see any tracking updates using this number, until it has actually been delivered. Even then, they do not promise delivery confirmation for First Class packages.
Priority Mail International: limited tracking information. USPS generally only scans (which updates the tracking info) at major points- like passing customs and at delivery. They do however come with a delivery confirmation guarantee.
UPS: Full tracking information. It will be scanned at every stop. Signatures may or may not be required for delivery, it is up to your delivery driver to decide.

Can my order be shipped internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping and handling depends on the destination and the value of your order. You can use our handy shipping estimator tool in your shopping cart to get a shipping estimate based on your ship-to address and cart contents. Please add 1-3 days to the shipping method below for processing and packing your order. If you are in Canada, please choose your province from the state drop down during checkout. If you are in another country outside of Canada, please choose "international", the first choice in the state dropdown and that will void the state from being required.

How long does international shipping take?
Please read the following details before choosing your shipping method. Not all methods are available for every package, you can choose between whichever methods the website offers you.

First Class Mail International: cheap, slow, no tracking information, low to no customs fees due upon delivery. You will be emailed a "tracking number." The delivery company hardly ever scans first class packages while shipping them, so you will not likely see any tracking updates using this number, until it has actually been delivered. Even then, they do not promise delivery confirmation for First Class packages. They also do not guarantee shipping times for this method, so we offer a 3-6 week guarantee for this method.
Priority Mail International: sometimes competitive pricing to UPS, average shipping time, limited tracking information, low to no customs fees due upon delivery. You will be emailed a "tracking number." The delivery company generally only scans (which updates the tracking info) at major points- like passing customs and at delivery. The post office will recommend a shipping time of approximately 6-10 business days. Because the customs department can hold up a package as long as they want, plus processing time, we guarantee a 2- 4 week guarantee for this method.
UPS – Any international Method: fast, sometimes competitive pricing to Priority Mail, full tracking information, high customs fees due upon delivery. You will be emailed a "tracking number." Tracking is updated at each stop. UPS will recommend a general shipping time based on the location. Please email us if the exact arrival time is important, you are using UPS, and want an estimated arrival time. In general, it ranges 1-3 weeks depending on the method.
Please provide a physical address if you choose a UPS shipping method. UPS cannot deliver to military addresses or po boxes.
Sorry, only orders under 10lbs can be sent via USPS. If you are only given UPS as a shipping option, but need it to be sent via USPS, please give us a call at 1-800-737-4123 and we will help you figure out the best shipping solution.

Does Klutz.com ship to to APO addresses or PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to APO addresses and PO boxes via USPS if your order is less than 10 pounds and under $200.00. If your order is outside the above parameters please call us directly at 1-800-737-4123 or email us at thefolks@klutz.com and we will help you figure out the best shipping solution.
