How do I track my order?
If you have a Klutz.com account, you can check the status of your Klutz.com order anytime by going to the Customer Service tab on the top of our website and clicking on the “order history and tracking” link. After clicking the link you will need to log into the website using your Klutz.com username and password. After log in you can scroll down your account page to the “My Orders” section, there you will see your order status and complete order history. Unfortunately, if you placed your order as a guest you will not be able to look up your tracking online. You will however, receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. If you have chosen UPS as your shipping method, then you will also receive your ups.com tracking number. There are no tracking numbers for orders sent via postal service. How do I apply a promotional/coupon code to my order?
If you have received a Klutz.com promotional code, you can apply it towards your order in your shopping cart. To apply a promotion code to your order, enter the code in the "Coupon Code" box in your cart and click "apply". A confirmation message will be displayed if the promotional code is valid and accepted. You will see the appropriate discount reflected in your order summary. An error message will be displayed if an invalid promotional code is entered. Invalid codes may be ones that have expired or do not meet certain order requirements. Please see the fine print for details about when promotional code may be applied to an order. Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts (including both coupon codes and site wide offers that don't require a code to be entered). No more than one offer can be applied per order. Offers cannot be applied towards the purchase of gift certificates.

Can I place an order by phone?
We are happy to take your order by phone (1-800-737-4123 ) Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, Pacific Time.

Will you confirm my online order?
You should receive an order confirmation email from Klutz.com within 24 hours of your purchase. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at thefolks@klutz.com

What forms of payment are accepted?
Klutz.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card credit card payments and gift certificates via the web or over the phone. To provide your credit card number directly to a customer service representative over the phone, please call us during normal business hours. If you already have a Klutz.com gift certificate, you may redeem it during checkout. Please call us at 1-800-737-4123 or email us at thefolks@klutz.com for more details.
All orders taken online using credit cards are encrypted and highly secure. We use the highest quality encryption and authentication of all customer sensitive data, including credit card numbers.

Do you accept international orders?
We sure do. International orders will be sent UPS, DHL or parcel post. All foreign duties, brokerage, customs, taxes, etc. that are charged upon delivery are the customer's responsibility.
All prices on our site are in US funds.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?
You can redeem a Klutz.com gift certificate at any time during your checkout process. Once you have selected your products and added them to your cart, you will be given the option in “step 4 – payment methods” to choose gift certificate as your form of payment. Your code will be 16 alpha and/or numeric digits. Please enter the 16 value code with no dashes or spaces. Then click Redeem. You will see a message that confirms the successful redemption of your gift certificate.

Can I ship to multiple addresses on the same order?
No, unfortunately at this time, you cannot ship to multiple addresses on the same order. The only way to do this would be to place a separate order for each ship-to address.

Can I buy additional materials online for products I already own?

Can I place an order using Klutz's mail order catalog product numbers?
If you've received one of our recent Klutz catalogs in the mail, you can enter the product item number into the search box on the home page to find that product.

Can I change or cancel an online order prior to it being shipped?
We're sorry, but orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted on Klutz.com. Orders are processed quickly, and once the fulfillment process begins we are not able to make any changes. What is the credit card verification number?
This is the three or four-digit security code that is printed on credit cards. The value appears in reverse italic at the top of the signature panel or at the most right hand side in the signature panel on the back of the credit card, or just above the end of the credit card number on the front of the card for American Express Cards. Please note for UK cards these codes may be printed either on the left or middle of the signature area and consist of a 4 digit number followed by the 3 digit number in reverse italic.
