Can I purchase a gift certificate online?
Yes. We offer gift certificates in any amount. You can even email the gift certificate to your gift recipient. After your order is processed, an e-mail will be sent to your recipients email address with a gift certificate code and personalized message. Want a copy to keep for your records? Just enter your own email address instead, and then forward the email to your friend. Or you can print the email and give it to them in person! Pick up a klutz.com gift certificate here

Can I have my items put in gift-packaging?
Yes, we offer gift-packaging on most products for $3.95 per chosen item. Each item is individually placed in a colorful padded envelope. Just choose the "add gift packaging" option when you add your product to your cart. Some items cannot be gift-packaged. If this is the case, the option will not appear when you add the product to your cart.

How do I redeem my Klutz.com gift certificate?
After you have added all your desired items into your shopping cart, click proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, choose "Gift Certificate" as your payment method. You will then be prompted to enter your 16 digit gift certificate code. This gift certificate code could be a combination of letters and/ or numbers. Enter all 16 digits with no dashes or spaces. Then click redeem. You can continue to use this code until you have used the remaining balance of your gift certificate.
