How do I create an account?
Creating an account is free and easy and gives you access to time-saving features to simplify your ordering process. With an account you will have access to your saved shipping and billing addresses, and order tracking and history. You do not need an account to place an order. Create an account here.

How do I retrieve my account password?
If you need to retrieve your account password, simply click here to enter the email address you used to create your Klutz.com account. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.

How do I see my order history?
If you have a Klutz.com account, you can check your order history anytime on our website. Just go to the Customer Service tab on the top of our website and click on the “your account” link. Click on the link and log into your account. After logging in scroll down your account page to the “My Orders” section, there you will see your complete order history.

How do I update my default billing or shipping address?
If you have a Klutz.com account, you can change your default billing or shipping address anytime on our website. Just go to the Customer Service tab on the top of our website and click on the “your account” link. Click on the edit link on either the Billing Address or Shipping Address and submit any changes you made.
